What do I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible to see if we can alter the order. Whilst we will do our best to help and advise, it is your responsibility to ensure you order the correct item.

When do I need to pay for my tyres?

You only make a payment to us when you are completely happy with the job. Our website provides you with the freedom and convenience of selecting your own tyres and choosing your preferred date and location. You will not be asked for payment upon booking.

When you fit my tyres, can you do additional work?

If you require additional work during your slot, please add which service you require to the comment section upon booking. You can also use the link on your confirmation email.

Where is my booking confirmation email?

Please check your spam or junk folder for your confirmation email if you are unable to find it. If not, please contact us and we will resend it to you.
