What these guys don't know about tyres, tracking and other related things isn't worth knowing. Customer service is excellent and they have an open, honest and clear way of working. Go anywhere else at your own risk (I did previously) there's only one place I'm going from now on.

Shortly later I was called through to the car bay area and another very professional mechanic told me that the alloy of my wheel was cracked and the tyre was totally fine.
Will definitely keep coming back here for any car service needs.
I had a nail in my tyre on Friday evening, one check on their website followed by a phone call early in the morning and I was invited in there & then & within 1/2 hour my tyre had been repaired, and at an unbeatable price in my opinion too.
Very nice to see this place grow to the professional well rounded centre it has, the customer service I received was 'top-notch' with the communication being clear and consistent throughout.
I was given regular updates and if i wasn't able to answer the phone there was always a voicemail waiting including all the information i needed.
