From the start, his professionalism has been exemplary, communications were brilliant, from the booking of my car, to his engagement with our insurance company, to keeping me updated with the status.
The staff, in particular Daniel who was in charge of the work on my car, were extremely helpful and friendly.
Very professional service couldn’t be more pleased with the repairs considering the state of the car was in when it went in it looks brand-new and was all cleaned.
I visited for an estimate, very pleased with the service provided by Mo he provided in-depth detail of how much it would cost to repair the damage and also drove the car out for me as it can be difficult to manoeuvre due to other parked cars and small space at the premises.
The colour match is perfect and I was regularly made aware of the repair progress.
Would have preferred to have been updated regarding progress without having to enquire, but replies to my emails were prompt - may well have received a more direct service if insurance/hire car company weren’t involved?!

All the staff are great and unfortunately I cannot remember all their names, but Paul was who I dealt with when I came to collect my car and he was great!
