Very happy with the repairs, my car was delayed by a few days from the estimated return date as quality dept were not happy with the colour due to it being a pearlescent colour. Shows that the company places a high emphasis on quality control. How happy or please were you with the level of customer service you received? Very happy with the customer service received from Amy and Matt. Kept me informed either by phone or text and honest with their assessment when told of delays due to paint issue. Giving MG Accident repair centre a call after someone hitting my parked car, I couldn’t be anymore happier with the service they offered.
The repair was fantastic but the only problem I had was my car went with 130 miles In the tank when I picked it up it only had 27.
Had my car in at MG for some body work repair, i was needing the car back early than expected due to unforeseen arrangements, they couldn’t accommodate me any better.
