0 Allroad in this morning for some diagnostics on the air suspension, Ian could not have been more helpful, super knowledgeable, really honest, top class all round, full print off of the diagnostics and great advice and how to move forward with the issues, as with all Audi's, repairs etc are not cheap, but he gave me a completely honest assessment of potential costs, benefits and pitfalls, so I could make a informed decision, no hard sell whatsoever, no blagging, oh and the place is super clean and tidy, don't think I will be going anywhere else in future, awesome experience guys, well done
