Lastly, after all the works been completed and when it was time for me to collect the car they didn't even bother asking whether I would like to take my original parts like:- exhaust system, backbox, manifold etc because as a customer I would expect them to be kept neat and tidy in a box that I provided with the aftermarket parts instead exhaust system and backbox was left unattended outside in the rain drenched with water.
Spoke to 2 different members of staff about a vehicle in need of some TLC Kym and Chris, both extremely helpful and willing to take time out of their day to discuss possible plans and best courses of action.
