A & K MOT Centre
My first visit to A & K MOT Centre and from start to finish it was a great experience. The reviews on big chains and their robotic responses when something goes wrong saying to ring a customer service number put me off. The exemplary 5* ratings I read on here for A & K were hard to ignore so I had to give them a call/visit. Heres what I found:Very polite phone manner. Fantastic customer service. Fast MOT turnaround. Very friendly and knowledgeable owners/team. During my visit I got the impression that the customer really mattered. That is something I seldom experience nowadays, especially in larger establishments and it is very sorely missed. I really appreciate the treatment and will be back every time an MOT is needed. Thank you : )
