Sometimes things just go wrong. Every week we help customers who have just been unlucky because the car did something it wasn't supposed to (locking up with the the keys inside). Others are distracted and accidently leave the keys inside when getting fuel, or getting something out of the boot, it doesn't take much for the day to go wrong! The thing to do is not panic. We've seen some very bad attempts and unlocking cars. Doors pulled back, rubber seals shredded with a coathanger and windows cracked. Sometimes the damage from a good samaritan is more expensive than getting the job done professionally. If you need help, stop and think. Don't make things worse, call a professional.
