peugeot partner 04 diesel non start after driving in rain.drive for a paper come out non starter,no codes nothing.go back one hour later all fine no problems.removed all fuse boxes no water ingress or corrosion,followed loom under left wheel arch wires in catapillaer tube ,no bad wires.under bonnet wire loom in plastic hosing front of engine,removed it ,two wires couple feet apart not broken but rubber coating worn exposing bare wires.cleaned them and areldite coated them .touch wood i,ve had no more rainy day problems.hope this helps someone else :)...
