Just a quick note really to keep our customers up to date of our working situation in light of the Covid-19 pandemic. K N motor repairs will be staying open for as long as Government guidelines permit. nnObviously this is a very nervous and scary time and a bad situation our nation finds itself in. MOT’s are still currently taking place and we are making sure cars are roadworthy and safe. This does not mean it is business as usual though. nnFirstly, we will be prioritising work of the essential nature, namely MOT failure work and safety work for both key workers and vehicle emergencies. Any non essential work we are rearranging for a later date. nnWe have imposed social distancing measures to protect our valuable customers, staff and families alike. We ask that on arrival, you make us aware you’re on the premises and from that point onwards, we will maintain the 2 metre distance and instruct you of what to do with keys, paperwork etc. nnOn completion of any work, all door handles steering wheels handbrakes and keys etc will be antibacterially cleaned, ready for collection. When vehicles are ready to be picked up, we will phone you to advise and confirm collection instructions. nnRegarding invoices, we ask that these are payed by phone or online, to the account details provided on the bottom of our invoice. nnObviously if any changes to work conditions, closures etc occur, we will be in contact. We are here to help as much as we can during these difficult times but please stay safe and respect our health as much as your own.
