When leaving a car with us please find your locking wheel nut key first (we ideally do not want to be searching a car for locking nut keys) then either pass it to us with your keys or leave it on the passenger seat. Only 1 customer or family unit in the reception at a time We have screens installed at reception We have barriers installed at main workshop roller door to keep us apart We have markers on the concrete to remind us all. We have Free 70% alcohol wipes in reception to wipe down steering wheels etc We have free viral hand sanitising wipes available for all customers All staff regularly wash hands and or wear gloves and all have access to medical grade hand sanitizer. Please don’t be offended as we no longer load or unload wheels into / out off cars but we will bring the wheels to your car on a trolley for you to load/unload. We have a new parts drop off bin for small parts to minimise contact for powder coating/ceramic jobs We ask all hydro and painting jobs to be placed in reception We will wipe down the card machine before you use it with sterilizing wipes and if you prefer to pay by bank transfer before collection to minimise contact that is completely fine just ask.
