Our technicians are all in-house full time members of staff and we do not out-source any vehicles for work that we undertake. Technicians are experienced to at least NVQ Level 2, and are from a dealership/franchised chain background on the main. All work is quality checked, and each technician is held accountable for their own work to ensure quality and service levels are maintained to the highest of standards. We ONLY use branded and manufacturer recommended Oils, and we carefully match the grade and oil types that we use. We will specially order in any model specific Oils which we may not have in stock, for specialist performance vehicles for example.
