This customer had been using a well established business for part worn tyres until he started using us and this is a tyre we have just changed for him due to low tread. Not only was he shocked by the fact it had 3 repairs but one of those repairs was an illegal and unsafe repair done on the shoulder/sidewall of the tyre. FALSE ECONOMY You may pay half the price but often get half the tread, you also like this customer don't see what lurks beneath the surface. I'm not saying don't buy part worn tyres,but please for the safety of your family carry out an inspection on the tyres as there are an awful lot of poorly/illegally repaired tyres out there being supplied that shouldn't be on the road.
