Examples include cloud based accountancy, communication software, deeper and wider stock, the latest diagnostic software, improved computer systems, increases availability of diagnostics information, new comfort facilities for staff and customers, including modern bathroom, kitchen and office facilities, to make it more environmentally efficient we have significant upgrades the insulation and the entire premises has been decorated inside and out, we have also have invested in hundreds of hours on ongoing training. We have also removed and replaced equipment to create more space.
