FAQs

Where can you service my caravan?

Almost anywhere, we have a fully equipped mobile workshop, with mains power on board. From time - time we may need to ask for water if we have run out also if you can leave a 3 foot space all round it for access. Servicing can take place at home, storage site or whilst you are on your break away. However, if you wish to have your caravan sooner our fixed workshop have more space plus it maybe more cost effective for you. Give our office a call for an appointment.

How often do I need to have it serviced?

The more you use it the more things get worn out. If you use it about twice a year we recommend a service once a year. If you haven't used it for a while, you may find things clog up or not function correctly. To be save have it checked out. Any concerns give us a call.

Can you service my motorhome and keep its warranty?

Greenfields are an approved workshop by the manufactures Swift and Deffleffs ,so are able to perform repairs and servicing under warranty. Also we are members of the Approved Workshop Scheme (AWS) we are able to service those manufactures who have signed up to the scheme and uphold the manufactures warranty. Are you able to repair my fridge under warranty?

Yes we are able to repair all manufactures appliances under warranty. Greenfields have attended the relivent manufactures training courses and are approved to carry out warranty repairs and supply parts under warranty. This will be performed at our fixed wotkshop.

Are you able to change my Alde Fluid on site?

Yes we can, our Alde fluid change system is portable. However it's quicker and easier for it to be performed in our fixed workshop. Ring the office for pricing and an appointment.
