Halfords had informed me that there was an issue with the gear box but they reviewed the car and confirmed that there was no issue with the gear box but the oil was very low(Halfords should have checked this).

EXCELLENT SERVICE-, Selector Gearbox went out of their way to help me using an RAC warranty, they took complete control and I didn't have to do anything.
I got the gearbox fixed here and it was the best choice I found a garage with professional staff, Paul told me i would have no more problems with the gearbox after they fixed it and he was right considering as a taxi driver, 6 months have passed and the gearbox works perfectly
