A faulty part threatened to ruin my holiday but Khalil made sure he sourced a spare and fitted it quickly to save my family holiday.
They had a look at it for me and within 2 days they were able to diagnose the issue which was the water pump.
I have been using Paddington Motors for the last few years as they offer excellent service levels that you don’t get with the main dealer.
As a female, there is always the worry of being taken advantage of but in all my dealings, they have been honest, respectful and resolved the issue at a competitive cost.
They troubleshooted etc and advised me on what was wrong with it and helped with advice on returning it which I did.

Very nice guys on the phone and in person, quick service and a reasonable price plus (most importantly) a great job done.
Good communications and price better than dealership.
The garage ordered me a new tire for replacement but when they saw my vehicle they recommended a simple patch up job rather than a whole new tire.
