Sentiment Analysis
Top friendly people that work there and they deliver top quality bodywork and definitely will be my regular mechanics from now on.
Makes me want to buy a Mercedes myself just to know I'll also be looked after when any work required.
Merk 1 has done the front and back bumpers, drop links, timing chain, clutch and flywheel and have done a great job each time I take it to them.
There was still a problem with one of the seals but that was sorted free of charge & now it’s running better than before.
Would definitely come back to them if my mercedes needs fixing.
Mo and his team communicated well and fixed the issue under a few hours.
I went to Merk1 and they did a diagnostic, explained everything to me clearly and I left with a perfectly working car and paid £120.
Friendly, professional service
Fixed what no one else could.
Oli, Ali, Mohammed (the manager), Bal, Chris, Manvir and the entire team at Merk1 Mercedes Benz Specialists surpassed expectations to accommodate my urgent appointment request before my trip.
