Provided honest description of the vehicle, gave plenty of information and there was no pressure or hassling for a decision. Sent me a video of the vehicle prior to me attending for a test drive. Friendly and approachable. The location is easy to find and the showroom is professionally laid out. Their adjoining garage even fitted my partners car in to sort the handbrake whilst we were there. Overall great all round service :)

Really great experience from getting pricing and booking in with Jodie through to processing on the day with Farrah, first time customer would definitely recommend if you are a BMW/Mini customer and wish to avoid a poor quality expensive visit to the local main dealer.

Took my BMW X5 to Auto Texhnik with turbo problems was very impressed with the service I received, after a few problems they sorted it for me with no extra cost I couldn't fault the service the staff gave me kept me informed with update videos.

Fantastic service on my older E61 today, which I have been struggling to get aligned at multiple garages, but AutoTechnik aligned it with no problem at all.
She was incredibly helpful and answered all questions within a 24 hour period.
All work was clearly explained beforehand, allowing me to make an informed choice before proceeding with the work.
