In most cases, we require payment when the car is collected. If we need to order significant parts in advance, we may require payment for the parts prior to the job.

In some cases, full payment of the insurance excess is required. In most cases, however, we are able to offer some form of a discount on the excess which is paid directly to us.

This very much depends on what work it is in for. Some minor scratches and scuffs can be repaired, painted and collected all within the same day. Other, more in-depth jobs will require a longer period of time.

We can provide you with a courtesy car, but you will need to be over 25 years old, and be able to provide your own insurance. Most insurers are happy to cover you on a courtesy car as your own vehicle is not on the road. We will require proof of insurance and a copy of your driving licence.

We have looked after company fleets for as long as we have been in business. We also offer discounts to employees of organisations that use our services.
