Do you repair commercial vehicles?

Yes we do. We will carry out fleet repairs for approved companies and for the small business we can provide a commercial vehicle as a replacement courtesy vehicle. You make like to note that VAT is applicable and payable to us which can then be reclaimed as normal on your next VAT return.

Do I have to use the repairer my insurance company recommends?

No. Nor, generally, do you need to get more than one estimate. Insurance companies may advise you to use a particular repairer and may ask you to provide more than one estimate but this is not generally a requirement and you are free to use the repairer you wish to use.

What can you tell me about the procedure with my insurance company?

You will need to contact your insurer to obtain a claim reference number. Once you have passed this on to us we will deal with your insurance company. When the work is finished we will ask you to sign a collection note which will confirm to the insurance company that the work has been done and the vehicle returned to you.

Can you give me an estimate?

Yes we can. We have provided you with the facility of sending details relating to the work you want done here on the website. Alternatively you can phone us for an estimate on 01929 554740.
